It's a bar of averages.
In simple terms it serves as an average (AVG) indicator for your referrals. You can adjust it to however you please. Here is an example to see how it is helpful.
Say my color bar was set as such:
First dot at 1.0
Second dot at 1.5
Also, say I have 3 referrals with these averages:
Referral 1 - .75 average
Referral 2 - 1.2 average
Referral 3 - 1.65 average
Referral 1 would show up RED
Referral 2 would show up YELLOW
Referral 3 would show up GREEN
